In 2014, he was selected to attend an exclusive hip-hop studies workshop at McNally Smith College of Music—an experience that solidified his path in the music industry. His work has earned recognition from top artists, including Kendrick Lamar, Shaggy, DJ Khaled, The Game, Logic, Fat Joe and BLP Kosher. A graduate of Full Sail University with a B.S. in Music Production, he continues to expand his creative reach through both recorded music and his entrepreneurial endeavor, BADKIDZ & CO. Since then, he has dedicated over 16 years to practicing law, specializing in trademarks, copyrights, and entertainment. Serving as the "attorney-of-record" for 2,700+ trademark files at the U.S. Trademark Office, he also manages international registrations in 86 countries. As of 2019, Spagnuolo teaches Music Copyright & Publishing at Florida Atlantic University. He is affiliated with numerous professional associations, including the Palm Beach Bar Association, American Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, and the International Trademark Association (INTA). Holding licenses with the Florida Bar, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the U.S. Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court, Carl J. Spagnuolo combines a rich musical background with a distinguished legal career, significantly contributing to trademarks, copyrights, and entertainment law.

Maria Jose Rivera is an attorney specializing in Trademarks, Copyrights, and Entertainment Law. She earned her Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School in 2015, followed by a Master of Laws in Entertainment, Arts, and Sports in 2017. Additionally, she holds a B.A. in English Literature from 2011. Licensed by the Florida Bar in 2020, Maria Jose is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida, since 2021. Her practice is focused on counseling domestic, internet-related, and international intellectual property interests. With expertise in trademark and copyright law, she has a track record of accomplishments in protecting and defending intellectual property, achieving case dismissals, negotiating contracts, structuring deals, formulating legal strategies, clearing content, and facilitating media distribution. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Maria Jose Rivera is a dedicated legal professional with a passion for providing comprehensive legal services in the field of intellectual property.

Alfredo "Alar On The Mix" Rivera, originally from Puerto Rico, now resides in Florida, managing his enterprises, Alar Audio Research, and Alar Records. With over a decade in audio engineering and record production, Alfredo's passion for music drives his work across diverse genres. Before thriving as an entrepreneur, he served as Avid Pro Tools' former Support Lead, secured after prioritizing skill acquisition over immediate financial gains through an unpaid internship at Miami Beach Recording Studios. Apart from operating a recording studio, his parent company, Alar Audio Research, constructs and maintains sound systems for various businesses. Alfredo also teaches recording and mixing classes, emphasizing his commitment to mentorship and collaboration. He attributes his success to the support of his family, mentors, and friends, alongside his dedication to his craft and music.
