In the realm of music, BADKIDZ & CO. distinguishes itself from traditional record labels. Although we have the ability to sign artists and producers, we usually refrain from doing so. Our intention is not to manage, as we want our network of creatives to maintain their independent status. Operating as a Networking/Leasing Agency with the capabilities of a Publishing Entity for approved collaborations between specific Team Members and clientele, we provide clear and legally binding documentation to clients who lack legal resources, safeguarding their intellectual property. Our innovative model ensures that, regardless of the chosen plan, you retain full ownership of your Master Recordings and NEVER enter a 360 deal, featuring transparent royalty splits free from unnecessary complexities. Even if you are independent but looking to sign with a label, our resources ensure that you show up to these meetings knowledgeable and prepared.

Concerning fashion designers and physical artists, we can sign, but we usually refrain from doing so. However, we look forward to co-creating in certain future partnerships. We offer legal resources to further ensure the protection of creative works, whether through creating an LLC, Trademarking, or sending Cease & Desist Letters to shut down fraudulent manufacturers and/or stores trying to sell YOUR designs.

For content creators who collect royalties on videos and streams, we also co-create great partnerships in this vertical, while providing clear instructions on how to properly collect ALL eligible funds and again offer legal resources to further ensure the protection of your creative works. These resources can be utilized both within and outside of the BADKIDZ & CO. sphere. Additionally, we look forward to announcing other future endeavors in the name of creativity and protection.

For too long, some lawyer, label, manager, middleman, gatekeeper, shareholder, gallery owner, brand designer, or culture vulture has found a way to steal from artists and creatives everywhere under the premise that we need them to ensure success.
